An opportunity has arisen for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Registered General Nurses who are looking for a new challenge working within our busy critical care environment.
You will be committed to providing quality evidence based, patient centred care to the critically ill patient. You will have current post-registration experience in an acute nursing setting and relevant experience in a critical care environment would be advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having the ability to problem solve and make decisions is key. Critical Care can be an extremely challenging environment, therefore you must be adaptable to change, especially with the critically ill patient. Demonstrating evidence of continuing professional development and a commitment to quality improvement is imperative in our unit, to enable you to deliver the best possible person centred care.
