67.5 hours per month - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
11.30pm - 7am
The successful applicant will operate a Digital Telephone Switchboard, providing first line communication to the general public presenting a helpful and polite manner. Carry out laid down procedures covering – On Call Personnel call out, Alarm Activations and Emergency Calls so must demonstrate the ability to deal with these in a calm, composed, manner.
Applicants must also have sound knowledge of telephone operating services and a basic understanding of computer technology, be well educated & of a smart appearance & able to work as part of a small team & on your own.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Once trainings is completed the hours of work are:-
Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun - Week 1 (4 shifts)
Wed – Sun - Week 2 (5 shifts)
