We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Community Response Team as a Community Nurse. Although based in Aberlour, the team cover 4 GP practices across the Speyside and Keith locality, but you may be required at times to integrate with other nursing teams within our Moray locality.
You will work autonomously with, and under the direction and support of, the District Nurses to provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes, to support the day-to-day running of the Community Response Team, and to support the Fleming Hospital and associated services.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to being part of a multidisciplinary team within the Health and Social Care Partnership. Experience in dealing with a wide variety of health and social care issues and a willingness to undertake further training is desirable.
Community nursing experience, or experience in a community setting would be desirable but not essential. The service provides cover seven days per week so rotational weekend working may be required.
A full drivers licence and access to a car essential.
