An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Region Recruitment Services for a Recruitment Advisor.
The Regional Recruitment Services Advisor is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day recruitment activities. Provide recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries. The Advisor provides support to the Regional Recruitment Services Lead and Recruitment Services Manager in the establishment of processes and systems of work within Regional Recruitment Services Team and contributes to the NHS Scotland Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
We operate from a number of work bases primarily; Edinburgh, Livingston, Kirkcaldy and Melrose, and can be flexible in the base the successful candidate works. The role involves a mix of both home and office working.
This is a customer focused role and requires the post holder to provide a friendly, courteous and first point of contact service to those seeking employment with NHS Lothian.
We are a very busy department and the role itself requires a person with relevant previous admin experience. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and customer service skills, be used to working under pressure with the ability to manage their own workload dealing with competing priorities on a day-to-day basis. Applicants should be competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to evidence confidence in their ability to learn new systems.
