An organised individual is required to join the Administration Services Support Team based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital. You will provide a comprehensive personal secretarial and administrative support within the Sexual Health Department.
You should have excellent keyboard skills, a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute and be proficient in audio typing. You will possess excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. An in-depth working knowledge of secretarial and administrative duties is required. It is essential that you have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
