An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and inspiring Children’s Nurse to take up a new Senior Charge Nurse post within  Paediatric Schedule Care on a permanent basis.
 
Based within the Paediatric Department at Raigmore Hospital the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the medical and surgical day case and outpatient areas and aligned paediatric nursing teams.
  
Working in close partnership with clinical and management leads, you will support, manage, and lead the nursing team to deliver care, maintain standards and quality and continuously improve and transform the Scheduled Paediatric Care Areas.

The successful candidate will have considerable paediatric nursing experience, and evidence of leading and managing a team. The candidate will also have a track record of implementing and sustaining change.

The post requires personal resilience to inspire and motivate staff, and to strive for high performance and standards at all times
