NHS Ayrshire & Arran, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership Learning Disability Service
Trindlemoss House supports adults who have learning disabilities and other support needs including autism. We use a Positive Behavioural Support Model to enable, support and encourage residents to work towards being as independent as possible within a homely environment.
Each of the 6 residents has their own self-contained flat where they are supported by our team of nurses and support workers according to their unique support needs and the outcomes they, and those who are important to them, wish to work towards. We also have access to several multi-purpose rooms including a sensory room, at the adjacent Trindlemoss Day Opportunities.
At this time we are looking to add to our team of Registered Nurses.
Are you passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities have as many opportunities as possible to work towards a more independent life? Are you creative and keen to support people to make links and develop interests in their local and wider community? Are you a Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities or a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a special interest in supporting people with learning disabilities? If so, we would love to hear from you.
