​​​​​​​An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the Health & Safety Service at NHS Forth Valley.

You will lead the Risk System Team, responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the electronic risk system. The system incorporates adverse event reporting, risk register, the health & safety management system, as well as litigation, freedom of information and complaints modules utilised across NHS Forth Valley.

The post holder will have a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety, and will be a key part of the Health and Safety Senior Team.

You should have a nationally recognised higher-level qualification in IT, ITIL training and project management, or significant practical experience and demonstrable knowledge of working with information systems and leading projects. Significant experience working within healthcare settings is desirable.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
