Director of Pharmacy

​​​​​​​We are seeking an engaging and inspiring leader to join the NHS Highland team as our new Director of Pharmacy.

​​​​​​​This is a challenging and extremely rewarding senior position where the post holder will influence and shape the future delivery of high quality, safe and efficient patient centred services across acute, community and primary care sectors within NHS Highland.

• Supported by a team of experienced Associate Directors of Pharmacy to deliver high quality care for our patients across the Highlands
• The opportunity to shape the future of care and pharmacy services in NHS Highland.
• Significant scope to lead service and workforce development, including education and training, across a remote and rural environment.
• Peer support is available through a national network of Health Board Directors of Pharmacy
