An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Learning and Development Facilitator to join the Education, Learning and Organisational Development Team at NHS Highland. We are an innovative team who are committed to driving improvements in staff engagement, staff experience and organisational culture. As a key member of the team you will help identify/ develop /facilitate appropriate interventions for improving both individual development and organisational performance across NHS Highland.
