An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Learning and Development Facilitator to join the Education, Learning and Organisational Development Team at NHS Highland. We are an innovative team who are committed to driving improvements in staff engagement, staff experience and organisational culture. This is a great time to be joining the team as we continue to deliver our ‘Together we Care’ strategy. As a key member of the team you will help identify/ develop /facilitate appropriate interventions for improving both individual development and organisational performance across NHS Highland.
The successful candidate will be people centred, innovative, and passionate about transformation and delivering best practice in Learning and Development.
