We are currently looking for an innovative and highly organised Senior Charge Nurse for Kinclaven Ward, Murray Royal Hospital, Perth.
Kinclaven ward is a Tayside wide substance misuse service providing inpatient detoxification and education programmes. The ward provides ‘tier four’ inpatient interventions which consists of alcohol and opiate detoxifications for patients that are clinically unable to receive the interventions within the community. The detoxification and education programmes include group work and individual therapeutic nurse sessions.
The ward delivers high quality services with care, compassion, dignity and respect. The post would ideally suit an experienced registered nurse who has wider knowledge and experience of working with clients with addictions. There will be the opportunity to be lead on developments within the service and continue with improvement work being undertaken within Kinclaven Ward.
You must be a First Level Registered Nurse and hold a current UK NMC registration relevant to the area of practice.
Being an individual with an attitude to support excellent team working and growth of strong interpersonal relationships across the teams will be critical to developing high performance to ensure the delivery of the best care experience possible.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
