We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join the decontamination services team to provide operational management of this NHS Highland wide service. You will also provide highly specialised advice and support to NHS Highland operational units on decontamination issues.
You will directly manage the decontamination facilities on the Raigmore Hospital site and provide procedure, training and periodic audit and assessment to NHS staff and facilities outside of Raigmore hospital.
You will be qualified to degree level and or, have professional qualifications and experience with evidence of continuing professional development and proven experience in managing a decontamination facility. You should have an excellent track record of partnership working, exceptional communication skills, experience of using information for management purposes and in setting and monitoring targets and performance indicators.
The hours of work are normally office hours, Monday to Friday however, you will need to be flexible and manage your time effectively to suit the needs of the service.
A driving licence is required for this post due to the geographical area covered.
