Training Programme Director – Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery

Hours: Part Time, 1.5 PA (6 hours per week)
Duration: Fixed term / secondment – 3 years in the first instance*

What you'll do
This will be a 1.5 PA (= 6 hours/week) post.
The Training Programme Director in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery will be responsible for managing specialty training programmes for doctors holding the following appointments:- Specialty Registrar (StR); and Locum Appointments for Training (LATs).
The TPD should be a consultant and is accountable to the Postgraduate Dean or appropriate Associate Postgraduate Dean. He/she may also combine the role with that of an educational and/or clinical supervisor.
