This is a fast paced job where no two days are the same, managing and working alongside the services and Community Response Team in Fleming hospital (Community Services Hub) in Aberlour, Moray, to manage the administrative support and the building in the most effective and efficient way possible.
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to undertake the role of Fleming/CRT Administration Supervisor. You will have an essential role in supporting the delivery of service objectives as well as performing a compliance and monitoring role.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the administration function of the hospital (Services hub), and the Community Response Team is running smoothly by monitoring and enabling them to enhance their performance. You will need to have sound working knowledge, or experience of these services.
We are looking for an efficient, organised person who is experienced in administration and building and/or services management with excellent IT skills and knowledge of NHS systems such as EESS, Jobtrain, PECOS, SSTS and rota management, although for the right candidate training can be provided.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate your ability to achieve your goals, and the goals of your staff by working well, and in partnership with people from many disciplines and at all levels including NHS, Council and external contractors. Line management and a willingness to travel across Moray is an essential criteria of this role.
