We are currently developing Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) across Fife. This includes the development of CTAC hubs and working within GP premises, providing long term condition monitoring, wound management and phlebotomy. 

We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to work within Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for Band 3 Health Care Support Workers to work within the CTAC Service. 

Within this role you will provide support to the band 5 registered CTAC nurses and deliver care as directed by them and other members of the MDT to the population of Fife and within the treatment room/hubs/general practice settings. This includes phlebotomy, chronic disease monitoring and dressings.

You will have extensive skills and experience of working within a community setting and be able to work as part of a multi-professional team. You must have flexibility, excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change and evidence of continuing personal development
