An exciting opportunity has arisen within the NHS Fife Women, Children’s and Clinical Services Directorate for an individual to join our team based at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. Based in the Baby Hip Surveillance service, your primary role will be to provide administrative support and data collection and management to the Baby Hip clinic for the duration of an exciting National Innovation Fellowship project

Good communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team are essential. You must also have a flexible approach.

Working hours (shift pattern to be confirmed) will be based within Victoria Hospital however, you may be required on occasion to work across sites to include the Queen Margaret Hospital.

You should have recognised secretarial qualification(s), with relevant experience of working within a hospital setting, preferably working for a Senior Manager within NHS.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.​​​​​​​
