DOMESTIC ASSISTANT

Post:                Domestic Assistant

Location:         Jubilee Hospital, Huntly                                     

Salary:             £23,362 - £25,368

Hours:             12-15 hours per week                     

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Domestic Cleaning Team at Jubilee Hospital, Huntly, and Aberdeenshire.  Duties are varied to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in maintained.   Please note this hospital site is 39 miles from Aberdeen. 

Post 1:   0600 -1200 on 3 week rota (12 hours)

              Week 1 - 0600-1200 Saturday & Sunday

              Week 2 – 0600-1200 Monday & Friday

              Week 3 – 0600-1200 Wednesday & Thursday


Post 2:   Fixed term for 6 months to support domestic duties at the vaccination centre.

               Post holder must be flexible as shift times will be from 1600 or 1800 depending on clinical activity at the Vaccination centre.

Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided. You will need to be flexible, committed, have good communication skills, have a positive attitude to your work and have the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential to perform the role safely.  It is important that you can work to high standards with minimal supervision.
