Senior Healthcare Support Worker  SHCSW- Community Treatment and Care Service (CTAC) 

MATERNITY LEAVE COVER  9 months Fixed Term

The Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service in Dumfries and Galloway are looking to recruit a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join this new service provided by NHS Dumfries and Galloway on behalf of the Health and Social Care Partnership. 
The service is looking for a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, to be based in the Rhins area of Dumfries and Galloway. This post will be covering a Maternity Leave and be  based within GP Practices in the Rhins working closely with the wider General Practice multidisciplinary teams. 
We are looking for applicants who are caring, adaptable and forward thinking. Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills are also required.
