We have an exciting opportunity for a full time band 6 rehabilitation physiotherapist to join our team

Renfrewshire HSCP is committed to ensuring that Renfrewshire is a caring place to live where people are treated as individuals and are supported to live well.

The Rehabilitation and Enablement Team in Renfrewshire is comprised of a wide range of professional staff which includes nursing, Allied Health Professionals, Technical Instructors and Social Care staff.  The post holder will provide direct patient care which encompasses the physiotherapy assessment, treatment and overall management of individuals within the community. They will contribute to the triage of referrals to the service and to prevent avoidable hospital admissions.  They will also provide support to the wider Rehabilitation and Enablement service and the ability to demonstrate clinical leadership is essential.  The successful applicant will have a specialist knowledge and application of physiotherapy practise within adult rehabilitation.  They will work as an autonomous clinician, manage both their own caseload and service waiting lists and have delegated responsibility for junior staff, technical Instructors and students.  They will be educated to degree level and have either a Post Graduate qualification or specialist knowledge gained through experience in the relevant area.  The post holder will be registered with the Health Care Professions Council, have relevant post qualification experience and a proven track record with regards to clinical leadership.
