The Role
If successful in your application, your role within this position will be to perform a broad range of standard diagnostic Cardiology investigations and undertakes clinical physiological investigations in the areas of; Electrocardiography (ECG), Cardiac Ambulatory monitoring and Trans telephonic ECG Monitoring.

What we'll need you to bring
- 4 Standard Grade passes including English, and a Science subject or a demonstrable educational level with appropriate work experience.
- In-service training over 12 months will be provided and the successful candidate will be expected to achieve the Society of Cardiological Science and Technology (SCST) certificate of Electrocardiography.
- Good oral & written communications skills.
- Basic keyboard skills
- Basic life support skills
It would be great if you also have
- Passes in English, Physics and Anatomy/Chemistry
- Experience of working with the general public.
- Understanding of tests carried out in the Cardiology Department
- General knowledge of patient
Care.

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Cardiology Department at University Hospital Wishaw.
The working pattern for this role is Mon - Fri with weekends as per service requirements
