An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Patient Experience Team. We are looking for someone with previous clinical experience who is driven and can manage a busy and dynamic caseload and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a well-established team and liaise with NHS Services and third-sector parties.
You will be required to demonstrate an ability to prepare written work to a high standard, be analytical in your thinking and be able to negotiate to achieve the best outcomes for people within a National timeframe. As an advocate for patient/human rights, you will have a good working knowledge of the NHS and recent policy developments in relation to Health and Social Care.
