Principle duties include providing administrative support to the LAC (Looked after Children)/CAMHS Teams and working with Medical and Administrative staff, to meet the needs of the service.  

This is a very busy department and you will be required to multi task and may be asked to carry out a number of different duties including liaising with other departments both within the NHS and other agencies. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.  

This is a permanent post for 27.50 hours per week (split over 5 days) based at The Willows, Dumfries.

The candidate should preferably have SVQ Level 3 or an equivalent level of qualification or demonstrate working experience at that level.  Excellent interpersonal and keyboard skills, specialist knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential with previous office experience preferred.
