The Care at Home Service supports a wide range of individuals who have been assessed as requiring support to remain in their own home and community. The service is now recruiting Team Leads to support front line staff and the Care at Home Officer.
This is an exciting opportunity to support people living in your community many of whom are experiencing age related frailty. The service also supports End of Life Care & individuals with complex long term conditions. We are looking to recruit people with experience in a Heath & Social Care setting and in the supervision and support of staff teams. It is anticipated you will have achieved an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness and ability to work towards this qualification as this is a requirement of your registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). You will work a 4 on 4 off rota which will include some weekends and unsocial hours for which you will attract salary enhancements. There is a growing reliance on technology therefore you should have experience in the use of a computer, mobile, intranets, internet, e mail as well as the ability to learn new systems aligned with this role.
