Post Details
To provide Information Technology support and assistance to staff at all levels within the Hospital and off site. Provide first and second line hardware and software support and advice to all staff. Meeting agreed Service Levels and delivering an effective and efficient end-user support interface for IT equipment/systems used.
Experience
Delivery and support of IM &T systems, Computer hardware maintenance, creation of essential documentation using IT languages.
Significant use of, MS Azure, MS ATP, MS Active Directory, MS Windows Operating Systems, MS Office 365, VMware and VEEAM
