An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Nithsdale Community Mental Health Team. 

This is a fixed term post until 18/08/24 and is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to gain some community experience.   

The post holder will deliver a range of assessments, treatments, education and support to people experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, and we will provide training and support, to allow you to develop the skills required for this role.

The successful candidate will be based within Mountainhall Treatment Centre, and will work in partnership with agencies throughout the locality. Full supervision and mentoring will be provided and the successful candidate will have the ability to travel independently throughout the region. 

This post will require the successful applicant to have/obtain PVG Clearance.
