To provide receptionist and administrative support to the visiting consultants and to all members of the Older Peopel’s, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and to undertake secretarial typing duties. The postholder is supervised by the Nurse Team Leader.
Cover for other admin staff during annual leave.
The postholder also acts as the first point of contact from often stressed and anxious patients contacting the clinic, either by telephone or in person and is required to record accurate messages and assist clients to seek alternative help if the key member of the clinical team is unavailable
