An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Senior Charge Nurse position within Turner Memorial Hospital, Keith, Moray. The post will allow the successful candidate to develop knowledge and skills at a time of continuing quality improvement. The post requires vision, innovation and a real desire to provide the highest standards of person centred care within this 16 bedded Community Hospital.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with relevant experience at Band 6 level who will embrace this role within a Community Hospital setting.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing team to enhance patient care and experience, whilst facilitating the best possible clinical outcomes.
A commitment to the development of high quality evidence based care is essential, combined with the tenacity and passion required to drive the hospital forward. It is essential you are a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and have substantial post registration experience. You should also have the ability to lead teams, lead practice and continuous professional development and work effectively as part of a multi-professional / multi-agency team. The post holder must have extensive communication and organisational skills with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
