Reporting directly to the Head of Property & Asset Management, the post holder will be responsible for the contract management of 14 existing contracts.
The post holder will undertake tasks delegated by the Head of Property & Asset Management contributing to the provision of contract management advice to the throughout NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. Technical knowledge and experience of NHS Guidance such as SHTM’S, SHPN’S.
The post holder will be required to manage a varied workload and be responsive and adaptive to requirements placed on the PFI Contracts team by the Board, internal and external stakeholders and advisers and should have sufficient experience and knowledge to act with authority and autonomy.
Sufficient knowledge/experience to support the Head of Property & Asset Management in the contract management, provision of analysis and guidance to the Director of the Board on the appointment, instruction and management of expert advisors as required. The post holder will have the specialist knowledge/experience to deal with the various parties of a PFI Contract.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate input from others and interpret complex data, technical information and drawings. A valid driving licence is required.
