The Post:
In order to meet the increasing demand from Health Boards and the Scottish Government, NSS Digital and Security are seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant to assume the role of Business Change Manager as part of the team delivering Digital Solutions in Support of digital services to NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government. The successful applicant will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders on business change management and support implementation of a number of key national products and innovative solutions.
The Candidate:
Applications are invited from individuals who have Business Change Management experience to support national platforms and technology implementation. Key skills should include, stakeholder engagement and communication, training and development, resistance management and ensuring the successful roll out of changes to processes and platforms.
Location and Working Pattern:
Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.
Currently hybrid working.
The work pattern is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
