The post holder will support the District Nursing team in delivering care to patients within Renfrewshire, providing accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to adults living in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.

The post holder will work collaboratively with the District Nursing teams and assist in the implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients and their carers, under the supervision of the registered nurse.

Required to work flexibly in terms of location to support other areas of team working within the DN service.

Recent experience working within a community setting is desirable.

 A current driving license is required.

The shift pattern for this post is 4 evenings on 4 evenings off on a rolling rota including weekends and public holidays.
