 FULL TIME PRACTICE NURSE

37.5 hours per week

Salary AfC Band 6

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trained Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Aden Health Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has experience of working within a GP practice to join the team.

The role is varied and covers all aspects of practice nursing including cytology, wound care and chronic disease management. The ability to work independently, with a flexible approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
