An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered Nurse to join our Mental Health Service Leadership Team as a Clinical & Professional Team Manager.
The post holder will provide vision, leadership and operational responsibility for the delivery of Health Services and Strategy implementation within the Perth & Kinross Older Peoples inpatient Mental Health Services. Collaborative working with a range of Health and Social Care Managers to achieve the objectives of the HSCP and the P&K Strategic Commissioning Plan will be essential.
The postholder will be expected to lead and deliver on work streams across relevant transformation, care funds and service redesign programmes. A key objective will be to lead on the design of new models and pathways of care within the Older People’s Mental Health Service. Registration on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
