An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Support Manager within Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service.
The successful candidate will provide a varied role incorporating administrative responsibilities for the development and maintenance of non-clinical operating systems for the service. Duties include but not limited to day-to-day line management of the Admin and Clerical staff, undertake project work on behalf of the Deputy Service Manager and involvement in the implementation and monitoring of IT systems such as ECCI, PMS, Datix, SABs, PECOS, SSTS, BOXI, Turas, Jobtrain, Health Roster, etc.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience with previous, proven and sustained administrative/secretarial experience and management of staff. Candidates should be experienced in setting up and using IT systems, audio-typing, minute taking, project management, etc. Should also be self-motivated in the production and delivery of reports, have the ability to take own initiative and prioritise tasks.
Excellent communication skills, confidentiality and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential for this post.
