The Physiotherapy Clinical Lead  will be responsible for management and delivery of the specialist physiotherapy service for Older Peoples Services within Clyde.  This will include clinical leadership, planning, service development as well as dealing with some operational issues and human resource management.  As the expert practitioner in older adults take responsibility for the specialist services with a highly complex clinical caseload incorporating specialist patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge from care.  You will be responsible for professional supervision of all grades of staff within team plus students on clinical placement. You will also be expected review and analyse current practice and service provision, identifying areas for research and is actively involved in research and clinical effectiveness projects within the service.  Minimum of 6 years post graduate experience, including 3 yrs working at Senior level within medicine for the elderly or relevant specialist area Professional qualification in Physiotherapy with current.  HCPC Registration
