What you will do:
Working alongside our current part-time Physiotherapy Manager you will support a number of physiotherapy teams and will be responsible for organising the effective delivery and development of Physiotherapy Services within your allocated teams. 
You will represent the specialist contribution of Physiotherapy Services in a range of multi-disciplinary/multi agency fora within and outwith the organisation in the strategic planning of agreed service areas, communicating complex and at times contentious information which relates to the specialist area.
You will ensure that systems to support Clinical Governance and performance management are operating effectively within the agreed Service area.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You will have a registered professional qualification in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration with evidence of relevant post registration education and development, equivalent to Masters Level.

You will have extensive experience of working in the profession, including advanced theoretical experience and demonstrated practical skills at highly specialist clinical level and leadership level within Physiotherapy services.

With evidence of service management roles and developing innovative and creative Physiotherapy solutions to achieve organisational objective, you will demonstrate in depth understanding of clinical Governance principles and the development of systems and frameworks to establish clear accountabilities based on professional codes of practice.

Hours: 
15 hours over a 2 day period (Monday-Friday).
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
Car licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
