An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Hospital Palliative Care Team at GRI.  The team are looking for a CNS colleague 22.5 hours per week who has the post registration experience and knowledge to work as part of the HPCT to assess, manage, deliver care, advise on, and support the care for people with palliative care needs within the Hospital setting.    This is a 3 day per week, permanent post.
