An opportunity has arisen within the Asylum Health Bridging Team to work as a health care support worker supporting and meeting the needs of the population within the service. This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as a health care support worker promote, provide and co-ordinate care in a variety of locations. The Asylum Health Bridging Team service operates an open access policy delivering care to individuals and families within homeless and asylum accommodation. Previous experience within this field would be advantageous but not essential.
The hours are worked Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
