An exciting opportunity has arisen with Angus HSCP for a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). 

Working with the Lead Nurse in Angus HSCP, and the Senior Nurses in Angus Primary/Community and hosted services, this post will provide clinical and professional leadership to the evolving Advanced Practice team within Primary and Urgent Care and wider community services.  You will be a registered nurse educated to Master’s level (or equivalent) in advanced practice and will be able to evidence competence in:  clinical assessment, clinical reasoning, anatomy and pathophysiology, non-medical prescribing (v300) and leadership.   You will have significant experience as an ANP and be able to demonstrate leadership skills.  

The post will be integral to the development of the ANP services aligned to the Primary Care Improvement Plan and will work across GP practices and wider community and hosted services within the HSCP. 

The right candidate will be able to work across many disciplines and teams and have a proven track record of service development and leading a team.   

Hours of work are: 37.5 (full time) Band: 8a
