Hours/Contract: 37.5hrs permanent (Day/Night rotation)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to join our team here in Ward 1 St Andrews Community Hospital. Ward 1 forms part of a network of Community Hospitals within NHS Fife, supporting the rehabilitation of the older adult, palliative care and facilitating complex discharge planning.
You will be joining a well established and highly experienced multidisciplinary team. Within your role as a Healthcare Support Worker, you will demonstrate a passion and motivation for caring for the older person and supporting them in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team to promote a positive patient and family centered journey from admission to discharge
