Values Based Reflective Practice (VBRP(R)) Lead Facilitator - Aberdeen Royal Infirmary
Band 7 (£46,244 - £53,789) - 37.5 hours per week
As a result of retirement an exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the VBRP® Team in NHS Grampian. During the pandemic, VBRP® continued to offer support to staff across NHS Grampian and this role was paramount in that delivery.
You will have particular responsibility to ensure the provision of VBRP® across NHS Grampian through:
- Lead the training of staff and volunteers as facilitators of Values-Based Reflective Practice (VBRP®).
- Facilitating VBRP® for staff groups, and extending the reach of this.
- Offering critical incident debrief facilitation.
- Developing resources for, and offering, training in staff resilience and sustainable working.
- Monitoring the above through data capture and reporting.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have successfully completed NES accredited Essential Toolkit and Dynamics and Processes training.
There is considerable autonomy within this Lead role across NHS Grampian while still being supported within the Corporate Nurse Director portfolio. A work base is likely to be within the Foresterhill Campus.
