Estates Building Manager
Base –Paisley/Hybrid Working
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Estates Building Manager to work within our Estate Team.
The applicant would be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline and a recognised qualification in construction/building surveying or equivalent.
The purpose of the role is to provide specialist Building Surveying knowledge in the management of the Scottish Ambulance Service portfolio of premises throughout Scotland.
This role requires the application of all Building Surveying professional mandatory and core competencies. These would include Building Pathology, Construction Technology, Contract Administration, Design & Specification, Inspection and Legal / Regulatory compliance.
Although the role involves a mix of both home and office working, travel throughout Scotland will be required. A driving license is essential.
