OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICE
HIGHLY SPECIALISED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST- BAND 7
We are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our service. The post provides an excellent opportunity to work with patients in the home as part of the development of the Angus Stroke Rehabilitation Pathway. The post holder will provide assessment, treatment and daily living solutions as part of the rehabilitation required for people aiming to return home from hospital or to support appropriate discharge destination. The post holder will provide clinical support across all of our Angus Localities, line management support for staff and the role will also encompass liason with clinical staff in Ninewells and across Angus.
The Occupational Therapy Service in Angus offers comprehensive support, supervision and is committed to Continued Professional Development and actively uses Turas.
You should possess a BSc/Dip COT in Occupational Therapy, have previous post graduate experience, be registered with HCPC and must produce evidence of continuing personal development. A requirement of this post is a willingness to travel across the locality.

Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours considered)
