The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4-star Hotel and Conference Centre comprising 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. It is Scotland’s leading residential conference venue, an accredited Venue of Excellence and a member of the International Association of Conference Centres.
We are currently looking for a commis chef to join our award winning kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive chef, you will work with our current kitchen team who consistently deliver high levels of culinary experience to our conference delegates and hotel guests.
Working in a busy environment key duties include-
Preparing and cooking food
Working with fresh food
Working at high levels of volume
Previous experience of working in a similar hotel / restaurant environment would be advantageous for this role but not essential, as full training is given. Patterns of work 5 Days over 7 (no split shifts).
