These are exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Registered Nurses with critical care experience to join our critical care multidisciplinary team caring for both emergency and elective patients across a variety of medical and surgical specialities.  We work in partnership to provide a high level of specialist care pathways and closer nursing observations for critically ill patients.   Successful candidates will work in a busy and challenging environment to ensure a high standard of person centred care is delivered to critically ill patients with one or more organ failure requiring organ support, specialist care and closer nursing observations.  You will be part of a senior team delivering care from admission to discharge from critical care and as patient’s needs differ, you will be required to tailor your approach to a broad range of individuals and circumstances to meet the patients’ needs.
