Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Working in a dynamic team taking forward our primary care improvement agenda ensuring that the population have access to treatment and care in community settings and healthcare premises. If so, this is an exciting opportunity for motivated nurses to work within Primary Care Services across Aberdeenshire.
This posts will be primarily based within our Chalmers CTAC hubs however staff will be asked to support surrounding GP practices, clinics and community settings across the area, primarily within North Aberdeenshire, however flexibility is essential.
Candidates must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to develop the service, whilst supporting and training our Health Care Support Worker team. Training and development opportunities are available for successful candidates.
Applicants will be expected to have a broad range of clinical skills i.e. venepuncture, wound management, chronic disease monitoring. Excellent knowledge of infection control required.
Post holders must have the ability to work under pressure to deliver safe and effective care. Effective team players with excellent communication skills, IT skills and driving licence with access to a car are essential for these posts.
