NEW GRADUATE NURSES and MIDWIVES 2024

Céad míle fáilte – a hundred thousand welcomes

BAND 5 Salary Scale £30,329-£37,664 per annum

Permanent Full Time / Part Time

“I have been in post for almost a year now and I absolutely love my job.

This time last year I didn’t believe that my dream was fast becoming a reality I was a week away from becoming a New Graduate Nurse in my mid 40’s.

Studying during a pandemic especially online was difficult and I was fortunate enough to meet the most amazing people both staff and patients during my various placements.

The reality of actually being a staff nurse is both frightening and incredible making decision’s and being responsible to both the patients that you care for and being part of a team.

I feel so fortunate that I’m working with such a supportive team and have been fully supported by the team that supports the New Graduates.” Tammy MacArtney, Staff Nurse, Raigmore Hospital
