Fixed-term or Secondment for 12 months to cover substantive post holders maternity leave

*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager.  The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term or secondment into an operations manager post for 12 months working within the Acute Services Directorate based in NHS Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

The post holder will be given exposure and experience in operational management for acute services and will sit as part of the Ambulatory, Diagnostics and Theatres team. Our AD&T team are working creatively to modernise pathways for scheduled care and work closely with Scottish Government to investigate potential solutions for mutual aid and delivery of service within our National Treatment Centre- Forth Valley.
