Our post provides the opportunity to gain experience working with people in their own home and community hospital environments across the North West locality. The case-load is a mix of older adults, physical disability, palliative care and long-term conditions. Experience will be gained in rehabilitation and providing equipment and minor/moderate adaptations. We work within our multidisciplinary teams within our local communities incorporating physiotherapy, general practice, medicine for the elderly, social prescribing, social work and social care staff.

You should possess a BSc/Dip COT in Occupational Therapy, be registered with HCPC and must produce evidence of continuing personal development.  

A requirement of this post is a willingness to travel across the locality and owning a car would be desirable.
