An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team in Ward 301/302, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We have vacancies for a 33.75hr post. We are a Nurse Led Unit and are open Monday-Saturday until 1pm. This is a day/night rotational post and the occasional Saturday working would also be included in the shift pattern.
We are a busy mix of day case/short stay general surgery and medical admissions working across two wards. We have a focus on enhanced recovery for all patients.
We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing a safe and effective standard of care with excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate must be caring, compassionate and flexible. They must be able to meet the demands of the service and have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
