This management team will be focused on a tripartite approach linking general, nursing and medical management in leading and managing our Acute and Diagnostic Directorate as the health board emerges from the most significant healthcare event in recent history.

This is an exciting time to be joining the management team, based in a modern District General Hospital boasting state of the art facilities you will be a part of a team building a sustainable future for Cancer Services in Dumfries and Galloway.
    
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical services manager to support the Nurse Manager and Divisional Manager. The successful candidate will provide support to the Cancer Services Teams. 

Working alongside nursing and clinical managers, you will provide support to the Divisional Manager for the operational management of the division.  We are looking for someone that will put patients first and who will actively engage with the clinical teams to support transformation of the services and guarantee first class care to all our patients. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills.  This post provides succession planning for future Divisional Managers and Nurse Manager roles.
